Stopped in by earlier in the week and we bought our first subway since pre lockdown. It was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh and so tasty. The staff were lovely and Mark the manager was helpful and full of information. Will defo be back. I have not read any previous reviews as I prefer to use my own mind rather than be cajoled by someone else's.

Ordered two wraps, stuff added to it not in it and one was supposed to be a vegan wrap but I think it had chicken in it. Which is very concerning definitely not what was ordered.

Ordered via Deliveroo and called in the ensure all ingredients are vegan for a vegan salad box. Received the salad with grated cow’s cheese. Did not receive what I ordered and could not eat it. :(Vegetarian options: Do not trust them for vegan orders.Dietary restrictions: Do not trust them with orders for dietary restrictions.
No choice of bread available, no vegan cheese left and rude staff that can't b bothered serving and roll their eyes at u!..

Not open at the advertised hours, the store was supposed to be open at 10, now 10:30 and still not open. Upon asking the staff I was told that they don't have any bread available, even though they seemed to be already making sandwiches, as they were putting vegetables on 2.

Visited today for the 1st time and was really looking forward to it however, The lady who made our sandwiches was quite abrupt when speaking to customers and then also had a bit of harsh tone when speaking to a colleague assisting her. Found this to be quite rude and if I was that member of staff I would've walked out! No lettuce available, hardly any salad and no crisps for meal deals either ? very disappointing.
