absolutely shocking service here on saturday. group of 4 horrible kids inside the restaurant slandering all the customers. one lady told them to leave so fair play to her but nobody listened and there was no attempt to get a manager or phone the police which is exactly what needed to be donestarted off with them asking for money just ignored them then they started shouting all sorts of things at us, unfortunately thats kids nowadays for you but for the most part we laughed it off until we tried to leave the restaurant and they were all blocking the door. 2 of them then grabbed my arm and also my friends and started kicking us and kicking the back of are legs, the taco bell staff stood there and did absolutely nothing and there was no manager or anyone to help. i am obviously not going to hit a child but with me being only 19 myself i expected the staff to step in which they didn't do at all, no police no nothing. they followed us all the way down the street attempting to throw bottles of are heads and the poor staff down as esslement got their glass doors kicked as they literally would not stop following usthings like this seem to happen all the tome and they need security obviously or people that are actually going to help because this is ridiculous!

Food is just like eating in at a resturant in the states. So from a fast food perspective, it is just what is expected.Main drawback is that atmosphere in the resturant is poor. Looks a little worn down, noisy acoustics and some of the customers don't clear the table after them selves.

Visited 2/2/23 , staff speaking to whom I'm guessing was a loud off duty worker, uninterested in the customers. Went down stairs to eat the sub standard food. Place was filthy, bins over flowing so people had been leaving empty wrappers , cups etc on tables , all tables, floor absoutly filthy. Worst was when I went to use toilets , men's urinal blocked and over flowing , seated toilets filthy. Left without using them. On way out the staff were all still in the same position chatting no work being done at all. Was leaving but decided to go back and tell them how disgusting the place was and about the stench from the toilets. Suggested to them they should get down stairs and clean instead of just talking and laughing. Def won't be back.???

This was an order for home delivery. It was over 45 mins late. The food was stone cold and looked like the bag had been thrown about. A 500ml Pepsi Max was ordered and a small can of Pepsi was received. I found this was no mistake but an intentional swap. An almost illegible scrawl on the bag was the consult. This change was made without a call to ask if it was acceptable which full sugar was not. I tried to contact the shop to ask for a replacement and ended up in some call centre goodness knows where in the world who could not care less. The attitude was you got a drink. You got the stone cold food now go away and use the app. I did this and received no apology just a we will refund you 2.00 less admin. Thankfully I do not have any sight impairment or this "substitution" without consultation could have had pretty serious consequences. First and last time. Also why does the website say Aberdeen England this is Scotland

Food was cold ,missing items ,crunchy wrap was a joke it was soft no cheese alot of filling was missing what a joke of a place AVOID AT ALL COSTS hope it shutsdown or they get new staff that know and care about what they are doing clearly management

Couldn’t decide what to have for our weekend take away and thought of giving it a try. Ordered 2 Volcano box meals along with a Grilled cheese and bacon Quesadilla meal. All three meals were amazing value for money.All tasting fresh and hot.Courteous service from a polite chap also at the drive thru. I can’t really fault the Taco Bell at Great Northern Rd.If I was to point anything out it would be minimal.One being the Burrito’s were smaller than I thought but I still had a full stomach afterwards. And the rest of the family were satisfied.The other being that Taco Bell doesn’t seem to be advertised that well.Get the name out there,you are better than you think! In my eyes,Taco bell is way up there with McDonald’s,KFC etc,in my opinion,it’s more value for money and much better tasting food for a take away. Will be back next weekend!

Terrible experience.The tills were broken so I was stuck using the order screens. The screens were so slow and crash prone that I had to start my order 6 times over, then it crashed when I placed my order without giving me an order number or receipt and the only way I knew my order went through was by checking if my card was charged.When I got my order I found the ice machine wasn't working so I was stuck drinking warm Pepsi then when I sat down to eat I found there was barely any plant protein in my quesadilla and I was basically just eating a folder tortilla with cheese on it.Would have asked for my money back if I actually had a receipt but since the screen didn't give me one I couldn't even do that.

I went to tacobell today and ordered from the till because the machines were too busy and the man at the till tried to tell me that they had nothing vegan because the wraps weren’t vegan. when I knew for a fact that they had vegan things because I’d ordered from the machines before. he talk down to me, and I felt genuinely embarrassed to be asking this, even though I knew that he had vegan stuff. Awful experience

Got food delivered, and it was absolutely terrible. The Crunchwrap had almost no filling and the outside of the Gordita crunch tasted (and looked) raw. I asked for hot sauce and of course didn’t get any either.
