I wanted to order click and collect and use a reward as I have in the past - I stated this outright. I was moved to the side and watched as multiple tables were sat. I then asked if I could order and was told to do it on the app and explained I was trying to redeem a reward. I was then told, 15 mins after coming in, that they dont do this and the manager came over with an extremely rude demeanour and told me “not in this store you haven’t”. I don’t appreciate being approached in this way, she could’ve been much more polite coming into the conversation. When I asked how long it might be for a table, I was told how busy it was which I appreciate. But whilst I was sat waiting to be served at least 8 tables were sat. No apology for keeping me waiting, and no acknowledgement that about 8 tables were sat whilst I waited, which I could have been sat at. Won’t be returning to this branch and suggest the manager learns some customer service.

Dining solo, to start service was good. Then foods arrived luke warm, no checks attempted despite clearing tables nearby. Having to ask to pay bill upon exiting was disappointing & unprofessional, being dear (££) & not clearing table after 2nd course.

Amazing food and service, moved to bar after lunch to be served by bartender Ryan, who was knowledgeable and helpful to choose from many drinks they offer, and they were all amazing. Can more than recommended to visit.

Service was top notch.Food not so ☹️Paid £18 for their chili chimichunga (a deep fried burrito), got a deep fried something with so little ingredients (a greggs sausage roll had probably more internal meat than this did, for comparison). I saw no evidence of rice, beans, nor cheese as described by the menu. We went there to celebrate the USA Thanksgiving, you know, eat USA food. Amazingly bad.Wife chicken tacos were so-so.Again, great service, not so for food. At least ours.

Well, my oh my oh my, yes mouth watering food, let me explain, the wait in line was 1 min, fast nice, the wait for our order to be taken was 5 minutes, that's good, gave us a nice bit of time to look through their amazing menu.The guy who looked after us was Victor, a true gentleman and an asset to the company, keep him and maybe even give him a raise, he's worth it.Took our order, food was back to our table within 15 minutes, perfect timing, couldn't have asked for better service amazing. I ordered the meatless chicken in sesame seeds with sesame dip with coke ? yummy my wife ordered the downtown with water she loved it we were very satisfied.Victor truly made us feel welcome and even took a bit of time to talk about his place of work, now that's service, well done. Overall 5 star ? ? ? ? ? i would rate it higher but only 5 stars available.I would highly recommend TGI Fridays to everyone.

The service was excellent the bus woman listened attentively to our orders and the meal was served hot. I had Ribs and chips and the chef did a good job here. Aside from that, the environment was calm and welcoming. The only challenge here is the parking lot where during the weekdays is much better and on weekends it seems busy.Wheelchair accessibility: It convenient to access this place.
