The only good thing about our visit today was the member of staff who dealt with us as we were having the carvery and the meat was dry, the roast potatoes were burnt and hard and the pigs in blankets were burnt too. Our server was full of apologies but advised the roast potatoes would take another 20 minutes and that was 10 mins after me asking the chef if they had others which weren’t burnt, she took the pigs and blankets off the bill but I felt that wasn’t enough but she couldn’t do anymore unfortunately and had said she had asked the chef when she started for fresh potatoes but they still weren’t ready by the time we left in disgust ?

Chef very rude lady no large plates out an when i took one she said dont come behind counter an plate was dirty well said its meant to open at 12 and it was 10 past 12 my friend asked for different kinds meat told u can only choose 3 we were there for retirement an birthday but the lady who was manager was really friendly the young man who brought cake was so polite an friendly been a few times before never had any complaints but this time it was disgrace. Dinner sitting out no covers on it from 11.15 till 12.10 any wonder it was dry !! Went for breakfast one day and everthing was dry potatoe scone was hard as bricks but for my wee grandson being there a would of made a scene think we should have got our money refunded.
