Hadn't been to Yo! in at least 4 years, so some changes to navigate- didn't seem to be the server button at the table anymore, instead having to rely in catching the attention of any disinterested staff circling the place. Food was as good as we remember, many nice new dishes. Cheapest plates are now at least £5.something however, while price rises are daily life now- charged upwards of £70 for two with a moderate total of plates and a couple of cokes was a little sickening unfortunately. Such food as I got was fine, but they forgot three orders, couldn't supply two, and had such a dirty kitchen, I didn't feel like waiting for them to rectify the situation. Dire.

Booked a Mother’s Day dinner. When placing our first order told there was no tuna. Subsequent orders, no cucumber, then no chicken wings, then is was no kaiso. Asked about the box of 10 cucumbers sitting next to us in the kitchen, told “oh I don’t know.” Unhelpful. Fine ordered what we could. Poke bowls came, order was wrong, informed waiter, waited 20 minutes and he didn’t come back with the correction. Got forgotten about. Then discussed the same thing all over again with a different waiter who didn’t seem to know his arm from his leg. No pomegranate seeds on our poke bowls as on the menu, asked, told there wasn’t any, though there was an entire pomegranate sitting right next to us on the kitchen counter. Figured the same as the cucumber scenario (they “don’t know”.) little exasperated at this point. Discovered my ‘base’ of spinach in my poke bowl transpires to be all but 7 spinach leaves. Yes I counted because it just seemed ridiculous as this point. So many dishes “unavailable.” Sister waited over an hour for an order that got forgotten about and never came. We left it as the next r ice was just diabolical it wasn’t worth the effort. £10 off bill but this was just such an unfortunate visit, particularly as we were treating our mum! Limited menu and shocking service. Hugely disappointed. Haven’t eaten here in years and the standards have dropped significantly. I would not recommend visiting.

“It’s them again!”What an appalling service we received from the server and the lady who was making sushi next to us.Asked for extra drinks and got this phrase coming from the lady cooking in an open space and the server.They looked at each other like I asked for a pot of gold.I used to like coming here but not anymore. Voting with my feet and telling all my friends not to go.Service was on Sunday 3rd March at about 3 pm, I was with my teenage daughter.Should have reported to Manager but decided not to make a scene.

Hidden service charge which I only noticed after leaving the restaurant and reviewing the receipt.The food is decent, and for sushi the value isn't terrible.Some of the dishes are bland and forgettable.Considering all of the ordering is done over the app / taking food from a conveyor belt, where is the service for this service charge?

First time in Yo! Absolutely loved it. The food was absolutely delicious, and the shop was spotlessly clean. We ordered some hot food too that was cooked in front of you as you ordered so it was fresh and very tasty. The squid was cooked perfectly, as was the Korean chicken, very tender and full of flavours. We will definitely be back in the next time we visit Aberdeen.

I always love coming to yo sushi everything you eat is always either super fresh (sushi) or nice and warm (ramen, gyoza and katsu). Staff are lovely aswell

Stopped in for a wee bite in between Xmas shopping. Was happy to see the conveyor belt serving choices again. Service was good although mostly it's DIY via the website which is ok. Bottles of coke are expensive! Choices were limited being a Monday but you can order extras from the menu. Quality of food was ok. I only eat here because I have a 20% off discount as if not it's just too pricey. Staff were all lovely.

Nice place, good food. Now you order using the app which took us awhile to download and use, so slightly time consuming. Once we got the app it was handy, just abit modern. Now we know we can order kids bento boxes using app which is good.Kid-friendliness: So we discovered using the app they have kids bento boxes which are fab.

I went in to but a take away. Ordered and paid automatically by myself then a waiter asked me to wait outside while my order was made. Felt like they didn't really want me there at all. Yo is becoming less and less enjoyable with each visit. May not return.

Lovely food, but as a coeliac, choice was limited. Would definitely go back though , as my selection was very nice

Me and my brother went here a few days ago,15 minutes after we left we both got the worst food poisoning we ever had.We are still ill but very disappointed.
