Awful to have to review such good products on poorest customer service I have seen in years !! Neither member of service staff spoke said please thankyou or even looked at us ! I have worked in retail all my life and would never allow any staff to treat customers in this way. Shocking and ruined the whole experience of a fantastic little bakery

Not the first time we have visited this baker, primarily because it’s got amazing products, beautiful cakes and bread. Sadly however we were extremely disappointed and shocked at the complete absence of any customer service. No please, or smile, no thank you, no eye contact just grunts. This didn’t just happen once it happened twice within a couple of hours. Very disappointing, such a shame as it spoilt what could have been a lovely experience. Won’t be back if these people behind the till.

It's okay.The photos of this shop make it look a lot, lot bigger than it is, and the selection on photos looks immense however I was surprised how small the shop actually was and the lack of traybakes to choose from.

Best bakery anywhere, huge variety of yummy cakes, pies and pasties. You can get a hot filled roll at breakfast. And a variety of bread which you buy sliced it unsliced. ????
