First time in a long time my order was wrong, now its not their fault, the staff in here always do a phenomenal job in catering to your needs.Guy came in and stole the just eat order off of the counter, so they had to scramble to make another batch for the delivery order. Massive queue full of very inpatient people, one male in particular getting angry with the staff.Show the batista some respect, there's only two machines for pouring espresso, show some respect.I get that most of you are impatient people and feel the need to rush every action in your life. But take a chill pill, have some patience and show some respect to the people that literally make the coffee and food that you shove into your fat faces. They were busy, get over it ?Order may have been wring but the coffee was great as always, you guys and gals are doing a great job as always.

I was stuck in airdrie very early in the morning during freezing temperatures and couldn't get home, but the staff allowed me to call with their phone for someone to pick me up and allowed me to sit in until i got picked up. Thank you for not letting me walk 2 hours in during freezing cold (happened during december 2022)
