Don’t order from this McDonald’s through just eat, as you will be disappointed. I ordered on the 30th of November, and received the wrong order. Obviously wanting the correct order, I went into the Airdrie “restaurant” and the manager told me he could not do anything about this. They refused to give me the food I had paid for ?? and told me I’d have to request a refund through Just Eat. Since then I have been emailing Just Eat back and forth, have even sent evidence of receiving the wrong order and I am still waiting to be refunded. Overall shocking customer service. Don’t waste your time ordering from here.

Ordered via McDonalds app, so, UberEats was in charge of delivering. Never received my order. Driver stopped about 1/4 mile up the road from where I said I was, ignored all my calls and texts and the instructions on my order and put order as complete. Now it's past the end time for delivery so I'm stuck at work at 1:30am with zero other options for food as there's no places delivering now. Absolutely disgraceful. Nobody at McDonalds would answer their phones either so I couldn't even contact them to contact the driver or resend the food. £15 wasted on nothing.
Do not get food from here,ordered food tonite and my daughter opened her drink of cola to discover big hairs in it ,called down to report it ,and guy on phone said he manager but can't give his name and we to take it up with just eats who we ordered it through,what's it got to do with them ,they only deliver ,there not making the drinks up,he was very rude and could not care less will not order from here again ,very poor and absolutely disgusting. PLEASE CHECK YOUR DRINKS.

Worst McDonald's in Scotland. Never get your order right and you have to always take a parking space. There is 1 helpful manager guy that works here the rest are rude and eejits. Won't be back.

Ice cream machine never seems to be working when you fancy one and it seems as though the staff cannot count at times. Ordered chicken nuggets and several times there has been one or two missing from it. Food is usually warm and they serve semi quick when there isn’t a lot of just eat drivers in as they always seem to get priority over people taking out/sitting in.
