Absolute joke of a place!!!! Order over phone and told 1 hour before we could collect . Get there and still had to wait over 40 mins, food not ready with at least another 10 people standing waiting with same issue. Avoid this place and get your takeaway from the Bistro further up the Street. Terrible service ?

Waited until we went to collect food to tell us that they didnt have half the food available! Complete waste of time.could have told us when ordering or called to save us the hassel of going to collect.Food that was paid for cold and overcooked, chewy . Straight in the bin.

Some of my food you could tell was reheated and dry. There was a burnt hole in top of one of Tupperware too. The onion rings were way to greasy. The food hasn’t sat well on our bellies. Definitely won’t be back! Don’t waste your money

The chicken curry tasted good but I ordered beef curry. Rice was very good, but not feeling too well afterwards so won’t be back.

Best carry out we’ve had in a while. Ordered the crispy king prawns with kung po sauce and extra veg, it was beautiful.

The food is OK, in fact the food is better than OK but the service is Bad, shockingly bad. You call in a take away and you get the same 25mins until collection, now anyone that has ordered from here before knows 25 mins is actually 45 mins so you wait 45 minutes before going to collect only to wait another 30 minutes in the shop so the "25 minutes" is actually and hour and half.....This is EVERYTIME. I'm sick fed up of this place now and won't be coming back, If you told me an hour for collection I'd happily sit in my house for that time before coming to the shop, but to told a lie and fall for it EVERYTIME has just made me not want to come back. Never once this year has the food been ready for collection when you have told me to come and collect and tonight was the final straw.....NEVER AGAIN I have wasted too much of my life sat in your shop waiting for you to cook my food.

I eat a lot of Chinese food. I've had Singapore chow mein and crispy chilli beef from basicaly every Chinese I've ever came across. This is as good as it gets

Best Takeaway not just in Alford but in Scotland. Fresh hot food. Curry was amazing with lots of flavour and succulent chicken, Chow Mein is cooked in a fresh sauce with garlic bits not rice as other mentioned and generous deep dishes. Very happy and will be back
