We've been here a few times since our daughter moved to Arbroath. Usual Wetherspoons product. Seems to do well all the time, particularly at weekends. Good central location in Arbroath. I'm sure we will be back.

This is a very nice spot to sit out for snacks and drinks on a nice sunny day - not too music foot traffic. Good choice of beers at the bar and a competitive food menu. Pleasant and efficient service from the barstaff

I have eaten in many a spoons. This one was clean, busy and the toilets were on the level for a change! Staff attentive, food average considering the price. Worth a visit if you are in the area.

Eaten in many Wetherspoons. This one was clean. So A plus immediately for us. Served quickly food good. Staff nice. Good atmosphere and toilets on ground level. Did see queue at bar later but not too bad and staff apologetic at queue it didn’t affect us though. This is one I’d go back to as even suggested a non alcoholic cider for our driver which didn’t make him feel left out. Thank you and definitely think we will return and there has been a few "Spoons" I’ve walked out of or been unhappy with. Thank you Corn Exchsnge.

Uninspired wetherspoons tucked in the back street of arbroath. It was dark, uninivting and hard to see which doors were meant to be the main doors. All doors were open and still not enough light penetrated and a cold breeze filled the bar. It lacks the atmosphere and decor of some of the newer wether spoons

Very slow no staff behind the bar I had to go to bar to get our cups after 10 minutes.Tea machine in one corner condiments in another corner then after 20 minutes our order turned up with missing parts other people opposite got the wrong order .NO SPECIAL WITH TEA AVAILABLE so you had to pay top price after all these years using wetherspoon this will be the last cheaper in any high street café with better atmosphere NEVER AGAIN

Stopping in yesterday for a quick bite to eat, not enough staff working, food very poor lettuce really soggy,burger over cooked, tables not clean, beer very cloudy had 2 be changed twice, toilets not very clean and smelly urine on the floor in the gents.

At table 11 ordered large breakfast and traditional breakfast. They finally arrived and the fried eggs were like rubber, they were even turning up at the sides. Called over a bar person and said about the eggs and he said sorry about that and walked back behind the bar and did nothing about it. Shocking service. We also had to clean out own table. We won't be back. Disgusting behaviour.
Ordered haddock and chips and macaroni and chips. Included a cheap bottle of red wine. Good points - the wine. Good value at 7.99 a bottle - very drinkable. The haddock and chips also good and big portion. Bad points - Mac and cheese - should be renamed cheap pasta (defo not macaroni) in tasteless sauce slapped on a plate and not very warm. Also had to search for salt as none on condiments table.

Sitting today, in arbroath spoons not busy, despite this, have reported x2 that there is no hand sanitizer in machine, at main entry. No attempt made to rectify this, but promises given. X2. Very few customers actually approach this machine, however 6 people have tried over the last 45 mins. If this cannot be rectified whilst bar is quiet, then when? Regular customer here, usually keaving great reviews, but disgusted today. The public and indeed the hospitality venues, are no longer taking covid seriously. Not keen to return to this particular establishment.

Got there munchie box last nite the hot dogs where disgusting the burger was the same the food was cold won't be getting from there again that's for sure
