Staff were rude when asked if I could take the coffee away as it was simply too hot to drink in the timeframe I had available. Certainly will not be back and wouldn't recommend it to

Lovely visit. Staff friendly as always and very attentive. Order taken quickly and food was delicious. Nice selection of gifts from local companies too which is a lovely touch

Staff very rude, not a nice atmosphere. I didn't feel welcomed after asking if I could take my coffee away with me as it was extremely hot. Wouldn't go back to be made to feel bad again.

A great place for lunch in Arbroath. Warm, quiet and hospitable - plenty of space between tables and chairs. Food good and plentiful for the price.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor only but level from the street.

Visited this place early Saturday afternoon, the place was very busy. Staff were very patient and helpful. The atmosphere in the place was nice. We only had soup and a sandwich with a drink, plenty of choice of fillings for the sandwiches which arrived with a good amount of filling between the fresh slices of bread. The lentil and spinach soup was thick and filling. The next visit will be for a high tea which must be booked in advance as we witnessed these delightful towers of goodies being delivered to tables throughout our visit. Would recommend.

Found this place by chance and wow! what a find. Opted for soup and toastie option , and was not disappointed. Soup was piping hot, well seasoned with lumps of smokey bacon suspended in the silky broth. Couldn't face any sweet treats, but temptation overcame me so bought two to take home. Well worth seeking out if you're in the area.

We visited for a late breakfast on a Saturday morning. Our dog was made very welcome with a bowl of water and a bottle of doggie treats brought over immediately. We both chose the special panini of bacon Brie and onion marmalade . This was a very generous helping with 2 slices of bacon each and a lovely side salad too. Great hot coffee too. Friendly service and reasonable prices. Will definitely go back.

This place is quite literally a hidden gem. Open and friendly atmosphere. The panini I had was good and the lemon cake was to die for!
