Shocking experience. Food taken over a hour. Food was frozen and tasteless. Order missing things and wrong. Charged £3 for a milkshake that came in a polystyrene cup. Bad attitude when you call. Would absolutely avoid for the future. Over priced garbage.

Tiny little shop right next to the ferry. Delicious and well-priced hot food! Had a spicy burger, a sausage and tattie scone in a roll with two cans of soft drink for £6.40. Food was very tasty, not greasy, and terribly moreish. A great place for a snack before the ferry!
Oh dear, I dropped in to order 2x fish & chips, 1 got cooked, then had to wait for the other as they did not hear me on the first order.1st 1 got boxed in a polystyrene box and placed on to of a heated cabinet, second part was placed in a bag on top of first, when I got home I found the 1st order box was melted in holes and tainted the food making it un-edable, only fit for binning!Fish was processed type in bread crumbs, 2 pieces exactly the same shape, size and thickness, like fried cardboard!God knows what fish it was!Plenty of chips but not fresh cut but frozen.The premises stink of old cooking oil, the lady doing the cooking wore her parker type coat, no hair net, and the man wore outside clothing as he went off and came back after delivering in the same clothing.Hygiene not a priority here then?After having to wait my jacket now stinks of old cooking oil too!They have a double electrical socket right over the sink, if thats live I don't know how they get away with it!I didn't know places still existed like this!2 stars awarded for the chips.Ruined my wife's birthday treat, wont go there again.

Very poor. Ordered rolls to be delivered at 12, didn't arrive till 2pm! 2 hours for a roll. Also charged £1.00 for onion on 2 rolls but no onion on them. Wouldn't order from here again.

I ordered a meal deal which cost me over a fiver and only received one panini no chips soup or drink, so was the most expensive panini I've ever had and the big breakfast was swimming in grease
