Ordered 2 pizzas online , after 1 hour still no delivery so phoned and found out they didn’t have a clue an order was placed . Was told it would be with us soon , nearly an hour later pizzas arrive but we’re so soft was tearing up when trying to get a slice . The last thing you want to do is put it in the oven to cook it more . Usually love their pizzas and recommend them but this was the worst I’ve had in a while . Totally disappointing service and food on this occasion , need to do better .

I often get the Shas munchie box for me and my family as you’ll see from the photos it’s a fantastic size and fantastic value at around £16 you get lots for your money! Always tastes amazing and normally fast delivery! You also get a free large bottle of Pepsi with your order. Definitely worth a try!

Claim to be the best in Ayrshire - pity help the rest of them!Had a mixed tandoori as I do most places I go.Quite generous portion but terribly hot.Not nice, not flavoursome, just terribly hot. Not impressed and certainly won't be ordering one again.
Placed order around 11.45pm. When delivery arrived, delivery person explained she had attached receipt of my order and explained I was her last delivery, which I found unusual. Then when I opened order, the £7.40 pizza was not included. She clearly knew that at end of night they just put in whatever because she seemed apologetic the minute she dropped the order off.

Wow Shahs Palace ten out of ten ? ? the food is Amazing! just started ordering from this place. Tonight got the bog off on the pizza, Tuesday night buy one get one free. It was that good I phoned the shop!!!!

Shahs place accepts cash. They were very polite well mannered gentlemen who cook some of the hottest freshest food. The prices are very reasonable too. Will definitely be backParking: Parking outside the shop is better at 6pm to 7pm very quiet at that time.
