Asda Ayr is shocking since the on line shopping started shelves are always empty you struggle too get up aisles due too trolleys sitting with staff doing the on line shopping staff are all lovely stop the on line shopping

This store has declined badly and won’t be back. Miserable staff. Dirty freezers. Bad presentation and the store looks very poor. Price increase are ridiculous. There is no atmosphere in the store and the fruit and veg go bad too quick. Will be going back to Aldi who have happy staff and great food and prices.

idk what’s happened to asda in the past few years .. it’s really disappointing as it’s the store closest to me (walking distance).they never have any bags on display, and when i ask i either get ignored or they’ll just say they don’t have any, which i find hard to believe.shelves are never stocked properly, and they never bring stock forward and the majority of the time i have to ask someone to reach it for me (i’m unfortunately very short and i can barely reach the top shelf, so if what i’m trying to get is pushed way to the back there’s no way i can reach it).this is never a member of staff as anytime i try approach someone who works there they just ignore me ?id understand the shelves being a bit empty on a super busy day like on the weekend but i mean early 5 - 7am on a weekday as this is usually when i go to the shops.
