Called to place an order which never was put on to cook on arrival .. staff thought it funny terrible service won’t be back

After my last 3 visits regrettably I will never be back. My order was given away to someone else, many orders went out when ordered after me and I could see the items already cooked and finally my last visit saw my sausage supper not done in batter as ordered resulting in a wait while the rest of my order was left to go cold. On arriving home I discovered my fish was done in batter despite ordering and paying for dressed fish.

Great food. Just really busy and having to wait outside in the cold til you're order is ready, isn't practical but to be fair there quick making you're order.Wheelchair accessibility: Right outside

Order online 2 hours before pick up .’when arrived they took a while to locate order then another 15 mins to prepare it . Server was shouting and throwing food into boxes . Place was busy but service was shambolic . Food was excellent but place was being thrown into chaos by staff . Would recommend food but don't order online as no order to who gets orders first and home deliveries were taking priority over everything

Online order and second bad experience. Really disappointing. As yet no refund . Used for many years and seems deterioration. Sad.

Haddock supper was the good at all. After 20 mins ended up being VERY ILL after eating. Husband had a mouthful and said it wasn't haddock and gave to the cats, even they refused to eat. Possibly being sold as haddock. And actually whiting.....

Server was fiddling with earring wearing vest tops not hygienic then touching food no gloves no smile manners were a disgrace food was hit or miss Put me off with the lack of hygiene

disgustied with their service as I normally order from them I would have put a first class service but not now I had to phone them back up as they couldn't find my postcode it will be the last time am ordering from them

Food was cold by the time they delivered- not able to eat it. And forgot items in the order.
Great freshly made to order fish and chips Used the chippy twice whilst staying near by £18 for two fish suppers You had a choice one or two bits of fish We went for two but with the chips it was two much I’d recommend one fish supper and the singe fish (two bits of fish ) this is more than enough for a hungry couple Definitely return if we were back down this way again

The wait for the order was terrible. I got 2 out of 3 meals of my order and they had to be put back into the hot plate as they forgot other meal I had ordered. After waiting over half an hour and travelling 4 miles back home the meals weren't up to much, greasy, greasy fish, Whitby scampi over cooked and dried out, chips soggy, I will certainly never return to this place again...

Beautiful surroundings. Drinks quite hefty in price. Staff a little underwhelming. Lovely outside by river.

Very very poor, first of all they didn't listen got order wrong 2 I could have caught the fish quicker as they were more interested in phone orders. 3 general quality was poor and cold for the price they are asking
