Ordered from here a couple of weeks ago, partner ordered medium meatilicious with classic crust, I got the gluten free New Yorker, sides we got were 7 BBQ chicken wings and garlic pizza bread. Got 50% off with a £30 spend. Food was good, quick to be ready for collection, pretty much your average dominoes, no complaints. Would come to this dominoes again!

Dominos is my usual place, however I collected the other day and it was ridiculous. Orders where not done together, so when it was "ready" people where still waiting 10 mins for the rest of their order. When I finally got home with mine, half the order was wrong and the whole order was frozen. 1 wrong pizza and a wrong side. But I was not willing to go back to the situation at the shop, so most of our dinner went uneaten.

0 stars if possible guy i got on phone very pleasant app wouldnt work so i called ayr store to place a big order and was told by manager that my postcode wasnt coming up so couldnt order very rude and blunt taking my business elsewhere from now on! Definetly wont recommend or be back

Absolutely disgraceful customer service, placed an order for collectionI was told 30 mins for pick up, however, upon arrival I was told order hadn't been taken.I had 3 young kids with me and they were hungry so I placed another order & waited 30 mins eventually when order was ready they give me wrong order as I had placed margarita and pepperoni, they gaved me two margarita so I had to reorder again.All staff were unfriendly and unapproachable. I asked the so called store manager her name to put in a complaint, however, she refused to give me her name and shouted at me and walked away saying some of her customer had waited 2 hours for their delivery.Absolutely disgraceful customer care for such big company as Domino's.

Pretty poor all round. What's the point of using the app to arrange pickup in advance when you end up standing around for 30 mins after scheduled pickup time anyway?

Ordered from domino’s tonight and was charged £28 for a medium pizza and two boxes of cookies… what an absolute joke. Last time I’ll ever order from this place.

Meh depends when you go sometimes it's great other times you wish you had kept the cash and skipped dinner. Not worth the money in most cases

Yeah the food is as good as ever but it's all too over priced now. Just a couple years ago we got a large pizza for 9.99 with free delivery. It's a night-in carry-out factory and not exactly a restaurant with service etc.
Horribe staff who abuse other staff members for not being fully trained, poor management and a bunch of stalkers as well!! This is my edited comment because ive just found out that one of the staff members have stalked me.

We ordered a hot and spicy pizza but when we got home we had been given a cheese and tomato, about as far away from spicy as it is possible to get. Not only that but no meat.

Ordered Saturday night online at 6.45, advised out for delivery at 7.30 didn’t arrive till 8pm. Wrong order delivered, phoned the Ayr store was put on hold twice eventually told themWho’s delivery I had received, they apologised and said they would send it out asap as my delivery had been late and incorrect, 45 mins later still no food, called Ayr store twice for a guy to hang up on my husband twice. Eventually arrived but this was a dreadful experience this evening and I intend to take this further due to the awful customer service experiences
