Attended a wedding there recently.The venue is stunning and has amazing views across Ayrshire.Food was excellent, and the staff working are friendly service is great.We stayed in the Kirk House - the house was beautiful. Modern refusrbishment and very clean - but there was a really strong drainage/sewer smell in the hallway when you enter which was overpowering and off-putting.This wasn’t prevalent in the bedrooms though.Otherwise it was a fantastic stay.Rooms: Modern roomsComfortable bedsGreat showerLimited mobile reception and no WiFi connection available at the time

I and my family only ever had meals at Enterkine House. The wellcome and service have always been really good.The choice on the menu is pretty good, I would say the homemade soups are a must try. The menu is very reasonably priced.We have booked for a family Christmas dinner.I would definitely recommend Enterkine House, even if it's just for a meal.

Recently attended a wedding. Flew over from Australia and was extremely impressed with the venue. We stayed in the outer building. Rooms were a good size - just needed a fridge to make it 5 stars. The actual ceremony room and reception room were beautiful. Lovely back drop. 5 stars from me! Ohhh and breakfast was amazing!!!

Our stay at Whispering Pines Lodge was a nature lover's dream. Nestled amidst tall pines, the lodge exuded a sense of tranquility. Our cabin was impeccably clean and had a rustic charm that made us feel right at home. The lodge staff were incredibly helpful in suggesting nearby trails for exploring. This is a place where you can truly escape the noise of the world.

Stayed in the gatehouse for one night for a friend's wedding actual wedding venue was superb but our accommodation was abysmal certainly not the luxury accommodation as stated on

Me and my husband got married in Glasgow on saterday the 26th of August, but we really wanted to spend the night at this hotel as I loved the look of the lodges, my husband and I came to see the hotel and book on the 19th and everyone seemed so so lovely let us look around ect, anyways we went back down to the car and booked online as we were getting a better deal, after my husband booked we rang the hotel to confirm the booking within 5mins and my husband asked would it be OK to get a privet table somewhere quite with champagne ect and the young girl said that shouldn't be a problem; fast forward we get married and ring the hotel around 4pm to tell them we will be there soon to check in and have dinner around 6ish we were shocked to then find out the restaurant was not opened and if we like there's a buffet I was so mad we arrived 30mins later and I went to have a word with the manager, she basically called me a lier and said that the conversion we had on the phone never happened, and they offered to get us a taxi to there sister hotel aka the pub down the road, if we had to known we would of made other arrangements, it ruined our wedding night we end up getting snacks for the room, (we did go up to the buffer filled out a plate of food it was freezing and we never eat any of it as it was disgusting)the cabin was filthy,the floor was that dirty my socks was black at the bottom, there was green scum around the bathroom tap, the shower door was broken, there was cob webs everywhere and the wardrobe doors would bearly open, it was a mess, the breakfast was ok nothing special its served in the dinning room and its kinda of a dark chill room not somewhere breakfast should be served, for £199 for 1 night I would expect something a little better tbh it was filthy all the staff looks at eachother when u ask a question no one knows what's going on, waited 20mins for a cocktail wouldn't return if they paid me to come back I've stayed at better travel lodges

We recently got married at Enterkine House Hotel and would highly recommend it if you are looking for a stunning venue with great staff and an accepting atmosphere. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. On the morning of the wedding when things weren't going quite to plan (Our own fault, not the venue) All the staff really went over and above to help support, allowing us to enjoy our wedding morning.They allowed us to have the wedding of our dreams filled with dares, alpacas, drag queens and a lot of dancing. Nothing we asked for was too much for them.The food was top class and the rooms were immaculate!Massive shout out to Sharon, what an absolute angel. On the day she was all over coordinating every detail, whilst also really enjoying herself. We felt supported, accepted and championed throughout.Can we do it all over again?Thanks to the full team working on 11 August <3 we couldn't have asked for a better bunch of people

My daughter was married here and the service we received was flawless. The family that run the hotel know how to provide customer service and they made the day special for everyone. Nothing was too much for them. A massive thanks to them for all they done.

My daughter was married here on the 15/7/2023. What can I say a special place for a special day. I can't fault it, the venue, the staff, the food, the day were all fantastic. Even before the day itself the staff were so helpful and supportive, nothing was a bother.
