They've now got a cabinet for hot food but it always seems to be empty!

Clean, tidy, a bit of a wait to be served due to it being the day of the Air show but other than they had what we wanted so we were happy

All of the Greggs staff I've met and spoken to are friendly, helpful and talkative except for one or two staff at this branch. There's one woman in particular who goes about looking harrassed and sounds disgruntled each time I've been in. It seems like she struggles with making anything other than a black or flat white coffee. I've asked her for a mocha and every time she gets it wrong which means it gets poured down the drain.Looking at the bigger picture and the unit space is tiny which indicates, that the number of staff required to ensure the branch is operating properly, effectively and safely will be restricted and furthermore, the amount of customers queuing is increasing at the busiest times. This isn't fair on the staff but perhaps relocating to a bigger unit, both wider and longer might help solve some of these issues?

No complaints at the food and drinks... Only issue would be the service which was hap hazard... Issue was customers were being held up because staff were trying to fulfill orders for collection also.

Staff aren't quite as hospitable as the "bottom" Greg's (lower end of high street) but man do they make them sausage rolls EXACTLY the same. Consistency is key.
