Absolutely fuming at the amount of times now this restaurant has got my order wrong! Not only did I have to sit and wait this morning for my order to be brought out (I don’t mind a wait, I get they are busy) but then when I got to my destination and opened it, it was wrong! AGAIN! seriously! You literally read the order off the screen and pack it… simple! Wont be back! I’ll drive to Killie!

Yet another order with parts MISSING. The manager really needs to get a grip of this , either incompetent staff or is it hungry drivers, ??? I did phone and complain only to be told they can’t help as I ordered through Just eat? Never again will they steal my money ???

Absolute chaos. What happened to "fast food"?Always takes forever to get your order, and that's even if you order online - because good luck getting served by the single cashier who's taking orders.The place is always swarming with kids and young teenagers who obviously have too much pocket money and they always seem to priorise the uber eats / mcdelivery orders.

fast and friendlyJust be careful with the super-speedy kiosk at this location - it'll flash your order number up on screen faster than you can read or take a photo of it ...Which isnt great if it then tells you it cant print the receipt

I forgot to leave this review when we were in a wee while ago.It was a mega busy day, absolutely packed, could have been pandamonium but all the staff were cool, calm & collected and still fast. I was so impressed, it was mostly younger workers and saw a few in the back, they weren't letting it go to chaos and working so well under pressure as a team ? It was brilliant to witness, well done workers!

Had a new Philly cheese stack and it was delicious. Also had a vinalla milk shake with an espresso stirred into it. What an amazing coffee milk shake.Parking: Has blue badge spaces.
Food is normally warm and fresh. Dropped points because more frequently my orders are a little wrong or missing something. Not always but has happened a few times recently.

ABSOLUTELY LIVID…Drove through the drive through and paid for a completely different order when I finally realised I asked for a change. They double checked what I ordered and still managed to give me the wrong thing . Went back into change it and the staff were extremely unhelpful and finally got my order right. 1/10 will not be back not to mention that the toilets absolutely reek of pish and have no doubt not been cleaned in days. Thank you macdonalds ayr for the bad service and making my teenage friend mentally deranged…

Meals ordered via JustEat not delivered in full and on duty "management" staff unwilling or unable to provide a mutually acceptable solution to the issue, blaming the delivery company. JustEat did NOT pack the delivery. Had phone hung up on me 3 times during conversations to attempt a resolution being accused of shouting whilst never even raising my voice. Disgraceful effort at customer relations. Don't use.

Used click and serve which is an excellent service. Ordered food on app and it arrived 3 minutes later at my car. 10/10

Got a hot chocolate and a bacon and egg muffin. It was tiny! I would have been better going to Tesco for a full breakfast and cheaper too.
