Always used this store for everyday essentials until I bought a 4 pack of Belhaven beer RRP £5.20 (confirmed by Greene King) and the owner charged me 1 can @ £1.59 then multiplied it by 4, meaning I paid £6.54!!!He wouldn’t relent when I questioned this, hence my email to Greene King & Premier Stores. Won’t be back.

Absolute incompetent staff supposed to be a Hermes drop off, twice I went back only to be told need a label when it quite clearly states Hermes drop off will scan and attach a label. Waste of time went to a different hermes drop off they printed and attached the label no problems done in 30 seconds staff in here havent a clue
