I arrived at the plaza & grill. I ordered a mixed kebab, unfortunately the following pictures will show what I was greeted with when I arrived home!Alongside a bone that was found in my food!It looked like slop and I didn't dare tasting it because I found and spotted a bone in it!I then contacted plaza & grill via a call to explain....(what I initially thought was the wrong order) to have the individual who served me as I was personally in the shop on the 03/03/2024 hang up amidst my call because I challenged what was given to me!Please avoid at all costs!Please see attached photos!

1 * because couldn't give 0. Absolute disgrace what they sent. What was meant to be a cheeseburger meal turned out to be a dry cracked bun with nothing but a burger on and the chips were tiny burned and so crispy I wouldn't be surprised if they'd been lying since last night. They're prices are going up all the time and the poor excuse for foot that's served is just a joke.

Me and my partner ordered here, chips were dry and hard, way too much salt on them. Burger was nice but then found hairs in it and hairs on the box! Absolutely disgusting. Never again.

Waited 3 hours for my food too come 2 days in a row and when I phoned up I got told they didn’t have an order they must of lost it and would be here in 5 mins half an hour later and it’s still not here and they close at 10 pm I placed my order at 6 !!

One of the only places in Ayr where you can get kebab before 4pm. Amazing quality food, in good sized portions. Staff were very friendly with one man even telling me I could go back and wait in my car and he'd bring my food out to me when it was ready.Only lost a star cos they forgot to put my separate chilli sauce in the order.

Food was disgusting chips are hard and dry like they been cooked and reheated so the chewy the flaming hot chicken burger well has no salad the bun is stale and chewy and the penni was rock hard what a waste of money never will order from there again
One of the nicest pizzas I have had! Very friendly staff and great food. What more do you want?
