Food & drinks: Poor. Burger bun was rock solid. Staff were very friendly.

Freezing cold (17 degC) when I got to my room. Dreadful internet and probably the worst Premier Inn I have ever been

I stayed here for work, not a pretty location but it's ok, nestled among the car garages and the retail park, apart from it's part of a building site with temporary traffic lights to get into the car park. The lady at reception was unwelcoming and abrupt but apart from being in the middle of some kind of refurb, it was ok. The builders were friendly enough.I asked for a digital copy of my VAT receipt when I left and was told it would be emailed. I've called 8 times now and been told every time that it will be emailed, I'm still waiting. The website is a joke and won't show me the receipt for the booking, it just times out. I'm lost for words. It's really easy, just email it. I've tried different email addresses too. I need the receipt to get my expenses passed. I won't be using Premier Inn again.

I received a parking violation from Primier Inn 15th Feb 2024 to a fine payment.I registered the night and asked the front desk lady which is allowed from her.Why I still be fined? I booked a night there and the room is fine.Just the parking fine is questionable to me!

No wifi working so no TV in rooms.Staff were fantastic breakfast was good but having to wait around for eggs to be cooked to order took alot longer than 10 mins.No mushrooms or beans but shows them in there breakfast ad.Main meal steak blan tasteless.Rooms: Very good very comfortable until wifi not work left a few channels to watch and unable to finish work off.Noteworthy details: Close to airport not to far to main town

Premier Plus room 301 avoid, there is a service room adjacent to this room. Noise from pumps going all day and night sporadically.WiFi is shocking and kept cutting out as it's at the very end of the corridor, works fine when you're down at breakfast so obviously router/extenders are positioned in an inadequate position.Room didn't have shower gel, requested this after first nights stay and they literally filled the bottle with as minimal amount they could find.Other than those negatives it's a very clean, freshly refurbished hotel and reception staff and restaurant are great.

Poor location, building work going on.The breakfast was slow being put out which meant the breakfast room was full of guests all waiting for food to be put out, then a mad rush to queue to get some. The hotel seems very understaffed. The WiFi was also not working and hadn’t been for days. This's was not mentioned when making the booking. The room was lovely, bed very comfortable and the TV has an HDMI slot available which is handy.

A recent 2 night stay. The reception staff were delightful and friendly nothing was to much for them. Had a slight power issue in the room which was sorted 30 mins of reporting it without further problems, top maintenance bloke, very professional. Room was clean and comfortable. All members of staff I encountered couldn't be more helpful. Definitely would stay here again. Special shout out to female staff member I met in the lift with the nice hair.... very polite lady... outstanding in point of fact ?Rooms: Comfortable and cleanFood & drinks: Great breakfast and quick service at the bar

Hated it here, booked a double room, got a twin. Had fans running outside all night long, had no sleep at all. No one on desk at checkout to report it to, food was just warm enough to eat. The only good thing I can say about it is, the Tennants was good. For sure will NOT be returning. So fair warning ⚠️⚠️⚠️ if you get room 102. IT ALSO STINKS OF DOG. Reported online, response was NEGATIVE. So I would think twice before staying here.

Great hotel just on the outskirts of ayr. Handy stop off. Great staff and good selection of food.

Colin Mclellan

Great hotel and Staff, only small issue and it would be anywhere with a buffet breakfast...eggs both fried and scrambled dont do well on a hot counter unless you get them very soon after they go out...had gammon and eggs at the Thyme restaurant in the hotel and that was smashingWell done to the staff
