This place is one of the best in Ayr. The high tea we had was excellent. There wasn't a single thing I wouldn't eat on it. The staff were so friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back

A*mazing….. Thanks to all the amazing staff last night. I treated my friends to their 18th Wedding Anniversary last night and they absolutely loved their whole evening. It’s the first time they’ve ever been to Bistro Ayr but they’ve said they’ll be returning. The hospitality of the staff, food, service and atmosphere was perfection and made their night very special. It was no surprise that my friends were going enjoy their evening, as it’s such an amazing place and they’re consistently brilliant here! Wow. This wee place is great. Starters of scallops and the beetroot salad were amazing. Our mains were the Lambchette was so tasty with perfect buttery mash and the hake fillet was beautifully cooked too. Deserts and cheeseboard first class as were the cocktails. Will be back when we are in the area and look forward to it.
The Bistro is just the most perfect restaurant. Always a warm welcome,inviting and delicious menu,inventive specials,excellent cocktails and the loveliest staff. We have never been disappointed on any visit- long may The Bistro flourish!
