Went here last night for the first time due to a recommendation, the food was excellent but they should put somebody with better people skills out front as the lady owner has none

Food took two and a half hours to arrive. Came minus chicken pakora. Which they did deliver. Pizza and chips and pakora were rotten. Chicken pakora felt burnt. Poor show

The chicken vindaloo was the best curry I've ever tasted. Even better than those I've had in India! Clear to see why this place has won awards.

Visited for the first time and found a great choice of currys on the menu. Female staff was great, as I normally stick to what I know but was helped in trying something different....Southern chicken tikka curry with rice and nan, my curry was full of flavour, rice was light and nan bread was perfect. Great customer service, Defo be back.Cash only takeaway.

Just got a large mixed nan kebab. Lovely must be the time I ordered it. Fresh and tender chicken. Iv never had a bad dried up meal from here. Other establishments are not so good in the area all dried up garbage.

The Curry Leaf is simply fantastic!! 26 of my family travelled down from Glasgow to Straiton to celebrate my mums 70th birthday for the weekend at a lodge. We decided that we wanted to have a take away curry and opted for The Curry Leaf as they had the best options/choices especially for catering for a large group. Since picking up the phone and ordering to collecting the food it was a seamless operation. I can hand on heart say it was the best Indian food I have tasted along with the whole family who thought the same. When I am back down in the direction of Ayr for a night and a curry is needed I will be ordering again for sure. It is a shame you don't deliver to Glasgow West End ...lolVegetarian options: Lentil Dahl was the best I have tasted.Parking: Parking was not a problem. Plenty of space to get parked.

Carry out CURRY place.Curries were excellent, there were actually recognisable ingredients in their dishes not just meat and a blended sauce as seems to be current with carry outs.Dopiaza had onions, achari had pickle, nentara had real tomatoes etc. This is the way curries used to be made with each different dish having a different texture and taste.Great value, plenty of meat, big portions.I travelled 15miles to try the Curryleaf and will do it again. Worth the effort.Well done keep up the quality.

1st time trying the Curry Leaf after hearing great reviews, travelled from Killie & it didn’t disappoint! Food was Amazing (Egyptian Kebab with Garlic & Cheese Nan & Lamb Rogan Josh ) Will definitely be regular customer from now on , Far better quality of food than ANY Indian takeaway in Kilmarnock !
