Was disappointed after all the hype of this place ,tried on my visit to ayr got a sundae certainly not fresh fruit used ice cream was far too soft and strawberries still frozen ,totally disappointed ?

Staying in Ayr on a short trip from manchester and was blown away by the quality and quantity of desserts and food offered here. Waffles were exceptionally brilliant. Burgers with peri chips were also delicious. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Staff were all welcoming and understanding which created a nice atmosphere.

It was 10pm at night and we were very tired. We were so thrilled to see What The Scoop in sight, surrounded by boarded windows it was a diamond in the rough. One of the finest establishments in the Ayr vicinity. We can only thank What the Scoops for their amazing staff who felt so homely and welcoming to us. See you shortly at 11:03am tomorrow
