Ordered an Italian thin crust. Arrived with base uncooked and gel like. Called store they offered to send another or a free pizza next time. I said please resend but make sure cooked I am disabled and rely on this and was looking forward to it. Second pizza arrived. I tipped driver and handed back previous pizza so they could see error. Second pizza still uncooked. I called store who explained it's because I ordered thin base and I was to change my dietary requirement in future. This is not the case as I explained to him I have previously ordered exact same order ( too many times it I admit it to myself) and never had this problem. I explained that uncooked dough would make myself sick and other customers. No resolution. Very sad. I love dominos. Won't order again

Good pizza still over priced and too many offers even the staff have no clue. I asked is the £10.99 take away pizza deal still running? The guy said yes so i order 2 Large pizzas and a large garlic dip. In my head I'm like £10.99 x 2 add £1.79 = £23.77 the counter guy said we are doing the 2 for 1 full priced pizzas which will work out cheaper im like ok cool thanks, he then says £24.78 ?

Pizzas were ready when they said they would be, staff friendly when in the restaurant and happy to help out the store with a load of pizza.

Howling..... put me off domino's for ever and the customer service was just as bad. Won't be back to them or any other dominos

Absolute piss take, made an order at 20:10 collected at 20:25 got home and found out that my order was wrong at 20:35, made a phone call and was told to wait 25 minutes to then find out one full hour later that they didn’t remake anything to be sent out to myself. Waste off time, waste of money on fuel….. rather go to anniesland dominos to get food delivered or collected knowing it will be right 100% of the time. Disgusted!

I enjoy Dominos pizza. However, being a bit of a crumbling ruin who remembers the days when businesses actually tried to help customers, I have to say that I found plenty to be frustrated about on this occasion.I am pretty internet savvy, and use online ordering platforms frequently. I find them on the ball for the most part. However, attempting to order a simple pizza from Dominos proved to be a real challenge to my patience. Ludicrous menu, compelling the customer to scroll through all kinds of rubbish, inability to recognise discount codes when applied…and apparently no means of purchasing as a guest, rather than providing your entire life history. Absolutely unnecessary, unless of course Dominos is just st another data harvesting machine.Totally underwhelming experience…which I will never attempt again.

We have only ordered from Dominos Bearsden once before and the kids cheese pizza was burnt. We thought it was a one off. Kids wanted a pizza night tonight so we thought we would give it another go. Cheese pizza was burnt and base hard ... you know it’s bad when a 6 year old won’t eat pizza :( My pizza was also incorrect - ordered Texan BBQ and got Ham and Sweetcorn. Shame but won’t be returning.

I think this place has been open since 2004, I'm not sure but as of Feb 18, 2020, we've had a problem with an order.Pizza was about an hour late and we decided to call, they said they weren't sure what had happened, the manager told us that he would bring fresh pizzas and to turn away the first driver. The first driver arrived, and promptly apologised as he was new to driving in this area and that there were several closed roads confusing him just after we greeted him at the door, we told him he was to return the pizzas back and he was thankful, thankful that we would be getting hot pizzas. Then only a few minutes later, we had gotten our hot pizzas, as the other person also apologized to us.It was not only great customer service to get hot pizzas instead cold but also all the employees we had talked with, face to face and on the phone, were incredibly polite, professional and friendly to us.We'll continue to enjoy our quiet nights in with Domino's!
