The staff have a really aloof energy and generally look they don’t want to be there.Just as bad, the cakes were obviously really old and dry. That’s how much they care about the customers.

A brilliant coffee shop and perfect spot for brunch and lunch at the cross. Lovely service by Suzie and the team every time I visit with my partner , friends or even solo. The food and coffee are always perfect, in my opinion the only place to get an outstanding lunch in the cross area. Keep an eye on the special boards, and if there’s pastel di natas GET THEM! They’re the best in the Glasgow area!

A well designed cafe with good atmosphere, good coffee and the right amount of options available for lunch/breakfast.

Went here today as close to small animal hospital. food was lovely and didn't take too long. Think waitress must have been having a bad day as she was very miserable. I did ask if it was dog friendly and politely mentioned we'd seen on Google it was, however that was my bad as the review said dog friendly outside.(so no not dog friendly) We sat outside. Anyway either she wasn't happy I'd asked or questioned the fact I couldn't see a sign to indicate this. I wasn't rude or judging just asked the question. Apart from her everything else was lovely. Kept the tip for someone else.

Very busy place and just do walk ins. We didn't have to wait long though. The service was great, staff where lovely including the owner who chatted with us and gave us free scones that she made herself they where ? food was lovely as was the coffee, even managed to get my picture taken with a celtic player who was in there today ? will definitely be back

Such a lovely little cafe to stumble across. Didn’t have any expectations when my partner suggested to come here but I am so so glad we did. Decor is beautiful, such a cosy, friendly vibe. Busy which only suggests it’s a great place to visit. Staff are so attentive and kind. Food is also delicious and reasonably priced. Highly recommend the poached eggs and black pudding. Exceptional, still one of my favourite things I’ve ever eaten and I’m not normally a black pudding fan. Also tried the lime cake which I mistook for lemon cake ask incredible. All in all a must visit!

A real haven with a lovely interior and friendly and helpful staff. My friend and I had Eggs Benedict and it was perfectly done. Timing of the hot drinks we ordered to go with the food was good too.

One of our favourite local cafes. It's a tiny bit on the expensive side (it's in a fancier part of Glasgow), but the food and service is always great and the atmosphere is really nice and quiet even when busy.
