Now don't get me wrong I love a big mac and those wee cheesy things but the last 4 times I have been to this one there seems to be a very long wait to speak to someone now I don't know if that's because it's new staff and the chips are always cold but that's a problem we won't solve today and stop charging me 10 pence for a bag I don't want our need so now I takes longer for them to take it off at the till so ask people do you want a bag and I was under the impression that the charge was for plastic bags not paper bags so that's why I have given it 3 stars today

It seems very busy but it is a tiny spot with a small car park and tight drive thru. I walked in as I was staying in the hotel next door. I ordered using the machines as no one was at the tills (which is normal nowadays). The machines said no table service available but there were plenty of tables free - albeit not cleaned.The machine didn't print a receipt so when I saw someone receiving their order I quickly asked the staff member for a copy of my receipt.Big mistake.... however I needed one as I was using the company card. I wanted 15minutes before someone could work out how to print me a receipt. I've never experienced anything like it. By this point my food had gone cold and wasn't really very nice at all.Staff need better training

Tables a riot, boggin, tomato sauce all over the utensils area, staff all carrying on and acting like doing their job is a hassle getting in the way of their playtime. No toilet roll or soap in the toilets, floors soaking wet. Been in for just eat too, staff call out number and immediately dump on a table leaving the driver to try and interrupt the watercooler chats in the back. For real just call the number and wait a couple seconds see if someone comes. McDonald’s are generally bad at dealing with couriers but this restaurant is absolutely hopeless.

It’s McD’s and you get exactly what McD’s does. Corporate consistency.That said, their breakfasts are outstanding and very competitively priced vis-a-vis the chain restaurants attached to the local hotels.Parking: Fair amount of space but peak periods it can be near capacity.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible, although some seats are fixed in place.

I have frequently visited the Titan and have always been very pleased with the food however on this occasion the fish was about half the normal size when I enquire about this from the manager I was told that was the size of the fish delivered. My wife ordered food and part of the order was not on the plate and we had to request the missing item. Due to the previously excellent performance of the restaurant I will return however on this occasion I was disappointed ?

Absolutely the worst McDonald's silly wee boys n girls to busy talking , I got to the window to collect my food and waited a good few mins then got asked to park waited over 5 mins then when I went to eat my big mac there was no extra cheese witch I got charged for and my chips were freezing musta been sat In the bag for the 10 mins while I waited , avoid avoid avoid , tried to call the shop to complain but surprise surprise no answer manager probably caught up in the wee boys n girls chat !! AVOID
