im only giving it a low mark because despite the fact its a really nice venue with some really beautiful , friendly girls working there, the coffee beans are being poorly selected/ stored/ roast or there is something wrong with the thermostat/ piping in their coffee machine. bad aroma and even worse taste.

We arrived at the store on Sunday 31.12.2023 and it was closed. No signs at all or any online info on the website or google maps...very annoying for we took the train to come. Never again. Can't believe this coffee shop is hyped on tik tok if the service is so bad.

I ordered the vegan breakfast (with eggs) which was served in a cast iron plate. The plate was not clean and it stained the food (see the photo) and made it taste very metallic. I was only able to eat the parts that were around the edges or on the top (which were not in direct contact with the iron). The staff offered to cook new eggs but insisted that the rest of it was still edible when it wasn’t; it was all stained and tasted very horribly. Overall this was not a good experience and I don’t think that the staff dealt with my complaint properly.

First time at Vivi & Co. but definitely won’t be the last. The brunch was absolutely spot on and with super coffee to wash it down. I can highly recommend the Stornaway Benedict. If you’re looking for great brunch spot in the West End of Glasgow, then definitely put Vivi’s at the top of your list. You’ll love it!

The food, atmosphere and staff were all fab! It's a beautiful spot to eat! The baby changing was over the toilet and really a bit of a tight squeeze so that was tricky, but I was glad they had one available.

Went two weeks ago and the level of service was shocking!!! I’ve been to Vivi and Co three times, and each of those times has been to celebrate my birthday with brunch. The first two times were absolutely wonderful, tasty food and excellent service. However, they seem to have gone downhill in the last year because this third time was the worst brunch I’ve ever had.Every year I’ve been I’ve had to wait for a table so I was expecting that. We came back in half an hour later and were then sat at a table. Someone did not come to take our order for another HALF AN HOUR. We knew what we wanted to have as soon as we came in and not once did they come over and speak to us. Everytime someone came past and we tried to stop them to take our order they would literally look at us and then run in the opposite direction. There was this one girl pretending to clean tables and speaking to other tables who came in after us, and then there were the girls behind the counter who were just chatting and looking at us but still not taking our order.50 minutes later, our food finally arrived, another 5 and I told my friend that we would leave and visit this place called i think Nonna’s (?) down the road. I ordered the Halloumi eggs benedict which was not on par with the last two years. You’d think with the amount of time they spent in the kitchen making it it would come out looking and tasting like a michelin star meal that Gordon Ramsay himself was making.Me and my friend both ordered hot chocolates and they both arrived cold and the cups were dirty??? Safe to say I drank none of that and wasted £4. And when I tried to point it out to the server she ran away again. I’ve worked back of house in a desserts restaurant before and if I had served a customer a drink in a dirty cup I would have been seriously shouted at by my manager but there seems to have not been a manager in that day. And maybe if the girls behind the counter weren’t too busy chatting my drink wouldn’t have been cold.Coming to Vivi and Co has been a birthday tradition but it’s been ruined for me now, which is such a shame because the past two years it’s been perfect!! I travelled an hour and a half to get there and spent about the 2 hours waiting for the food which was unacceptable. By the time the whole palava was over it was 4pm (we got to bearsden at half one). At this point my birthday was pretty much already over and wasted

Great atmosphere and a good menu, even for the vegan in the party. Staff were all quite young and one person seemed to be doing all the work and while the rest chatted and swanned around.

Great coffee shop that allows dogs to sit beside the owners. Excellent range of food and brilliant coffee. Even puppaccinos for the dog. Place was busy with a number of other doings but everybody was well behave and a very enjoyable experience.

I visited late on a weekday. Very nice staff, excellent service, they even laughed at my silly jokes. A little expensive but very nice carrot cake. Understandable appeal for the Bearsdenites. Something for the cat ladies, maybe I should ask for something more doggy?Wheelchair accessibility: Level entry with good space inside for movement, tables seem high enough to allow clearance for a wheelchair to sit underneath. Parking isn’t that close, off Roman Rd., but a few disabled spaces are available there.

We love this place as it always lives up to our expectations and beyond! It’s aesthetically beautiful, food looks and tastes lovely and the staff are very friendly. Our highlight are the printed hot drinks!

A place we have been always meaning to visit. Lovely interior and the staff were so friendly. Dog friendly and puppicino's available :)The pancakes were very nice and the cakes we got to takeaway were also delicious. The only negative would be that it was a little pricey but for the occasional treat we would return, very impressed.
