Overcharged me on a product and when I asked for a refund he told me I had to wait until he served the next six people in the queue behind me.Needless to say that didn't happen as I told him no and he called for a lovely check out operator who refunded me in minutes.

Lovely polite staff, not very helpful anymore due to covid which is understandable therefore i would prefer self service I was getting nervous as I was holding customers up whilst I was packing . Also experienced this in farm foods Cardin branch
