Always happy to have a Greggs. I accidentally tipped my coffee whilst putting sugar in it, no questions asked, they replaced it no problems, even though it was my fault.

Spent over £9 and asked for the ham and cheese baguette to be warmed up. “Sorry I can’t do that because you’ve already paid and it cost more for a heated baguette!” Cold baguette it was then ?
They don't allow you to use the toilets they have been closed for months I believe its so the staff do not have to clean them but you get charged for sitting in can you please open the toilets back up

I was in Greggs, Bellshill, Hamilton Road on Tuesday 20th December. I purchased a roll & links sausage, and I ended up with Food Poisoning ?PLEASE BE AWARE!!!
