Its a McDonald's so food ok, seevice is okbut it location that give it a low score getting into can take long to get to it as queuing car for the drive thru can block people who want to sit in.

Go to the drive thru between 23:00 and 02:00 and most of the time they will joyfully inform you the "tills are updating" and that you can't buy anything. This has happened to me four nights in a row now when stopping in on my way home from work. This has been getting more and more frequent over the last few months. I find it hard to believe the tills need updated that frequently and that they don't leave at least one operational so as to not lose sales. I suspect the staff are telling the customers this so they don't need to serve anyone and avoid work because they're no doubt unsupervised on the late shifts. Even if the "till updates" are legit I can't see a corporation like McDonalds purposefully turning down money. I've gave up at this point and will take my money elsewhere.

Minus 5, how this place still holds a franchise is beyond me, the food is sub standard even if they can get it right which is extremely rare, they as most McDonalds appear to prioritise just eat or uber over customers who are either in the drive through or the shop (not a chance is this place a restaurant) staff clearly cant be bothered and dont care if or more like when your order is wrong which is about 99% of the time

Always seems to have long queues at drive-thru, home delivery get priority over people waiting inside for orders, left waiting at the drive thru order kiosk while 2 cars behind me managed to get served on other kiosk no problem.

Was a bit busy but no excuse to not clean the dining area when possible, it was absolutely disgusting, tables weren't cleaned all day by how long it took me to wipe down and scrape ingraved food n sauce off the table I reluctantly sat at, then staff tryed to give me a drink that had sat on the trolley behind counter that i know was there the full 35 mins i was sitting eating with family I ordered a cola to take away and she had the audacity to try pass me that. Explains why my drink with my meal was flat and not cold like it should be. I'm disappointed because I have always ate there but that's just unacceptable

I ordered 3 Big Mac meals and collected them but when I reached home I realised that they had only given me 2 Big Macs instead of three, so I spoke to the shift manager Sophie and she said she can only apologise for the inconvenience and said that she couldn’t give any compensation for coming back to collect my missing item. I am unhappy that I wasted my fuel and time just to collect one missing item. So I advise all customers to check their order before leaving because you won’t get any compensation for coming back for their mistake.

Really bad customer service, waited too long to be served and when i got my meal, ordered to sit in and got my meal in take out bags, so I complained then we left. Staff concentrated more on delivery orders than customers wanting to sit in. Used to enjoy the food here but now it's just not good.Very disappointed.Won't be going back.

Food was cold! Got a take away but was staying directly opposite at the premier inn (2 mins walk away)Ordered a Big tasty without tomatoes but when I opened the burger, suprise, suprise there lay two tomatoes.Staff looked like they didn't want to be there!Bacon tasted off!Worst McDonald's experience I've had!Never again!

Very disappointing food. It was very cold and the server had packed the ketchup dips on top of the 3 ice creams which had melted. Tried to phone the restaurant to raise a complaint but they do not answer their phone.

was In last night food cold 2 things missing from order. ordered a happy meal on reading the bill I was charge £1.40 for a toy! then a further 69p for another toy ( don't no what that was for). I thought toy was included in happy meal box.

It was crowded for sure, but I got the food fast. prompt service. They did miss putting the ketchup I had requested for in the order, but considering the fact the food came pretty fast even with a large queue I am still happy.Tx

Just ordered a hot chocolate and a hash brown. The hot chocolate literally tasted like they had diluted it by 10 fold. Was literally just boiling water with a cloudy tiny of light brown. Awful

Delivery, items missing, late, freezing cold, large fries?? Never again, since covid and just eat started fast food shops have went massively downhill!

Just ordered 20 nuggets with a cheeseburger and cheese melts, when my order was delivered I found I was given two mcflurrys instead of what I paid for and no one was of any help at all ,will never order through Uber eats again. Could easily have been solved by just getting another driver to deliver my food that I paid £15 for.
