stop using excuses that fish is always this salty ? and never ever seen fish so thin like this . used you for years. sadly very very disappointed. and no salt was added nor vinegar . cheers that's over 10 quid going in the bin. Best to head to Glasgow for a good fish shop now

I was there today supporting I got served with a girl called Lucy who was pleasant great attitude and managed her time great when it was busy and could see was trying her best and was great with my service user thank you however I noticed the way Lucy was getting spoken to in kitchen by an older staff lady which was not nice to see or hear not the one who served me at end hope Lucy is OK and enjoys her tip.Food was lovely will be back.xx

Waiting time for service for shocking after being seated for 20mins we had to literally ask to be served.Ordered a Baked Patato with Cheese and Beans and I would have been as well going to a hardware store for a chainsaw to cut it as it was that hard. he sauces tasted as though they where too vinegary and watered down.The only thing that was decent about the meal was the coleslaw.

Been going here for years and usually always get their king rib which is usually amazing. Got one delivered tonight with my order and I don't know if they have changed the rib itself as it was disgusting. The flavour was like nothing I've ever tasted and not in a good way. Disappointed.

I popped in on a Saturday to get some chips and staff were friendly but I felt the chips were soggy. It could be that they have been left out too long so not for me this one.
Just stopped at Sandro's for lunchtime supper . Bought 2 black pudding specials . Good food and free cans of Barrs Iron Bru. Brilliant value for money. Highly recommend this chipshop.Frank
