Staff are just rude and unhelpful. Everything is a bother to them. I didn't dare go back to the counter to ask for sugar for fear I'd burst into flames with the stare ???. Although the burning glare from their demented faces was certainly hotter than the tea I got.

I've always found the staff friendly and helpful. They are also doing a great job with the current Covid-19 restrictions with more spacing between tables and rigorous cleaning when customers leave.
Large Costa, so good for social distancing. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Good selection of cakes and sandwiches.

The store was a little busy but the two young girls serving couldn't have been more helpful or nice. However there was a member of staff sitting down talking to a couple while the floor was a mess, I couldn't find a clean table so I had to clear one myself. I don't think I seen her clear a table for 15 minutes !!! The manager has to have a serious word with her she should be working not chatting
