Went to the Red Burn Farm for my sons 4th birthday. We booked a table for 17 and this was set up with loads of space within the kids area. The kids were able to run around in the play area with lots of little machines and soft building shapes. The food was great. We did no wait long considering the size of our party. Drinks were reasonably priced. There was not any éclairs displayed and my family asked for one and the staff ensured this got done for them to take home. No moans or groans but just very helpful. The staff were amazing. Nothing was a problem and the service was great. Again with the size of our party it would be easy to get frustrated however this was not the case. They brought the cake out and even held it for my son to blow out his candles whilst singing happy birthday. The staff made this a lovely relaxed evening and it was a bonus the food was good also. Will definitely be back for food and future birthdays.

Was looking forward to my Sunday dinner which we booked weeks in advance. Tried to phone over 20 times on the day to change the booking- staff were ignoring the phone and leaving it off the line on purpose.Came and was sold a large plate with extra pigs and blankets and yorkshires. Got to the meat - I only eat beef- and there was only ham left. The alternative was pigs in blankets.Absolutely shocking service and place

Wow, I don't think I've been this disappointed with a meal ever. Not only did my child's pizza look disgusting, my husbands burger was cold but my so called hunters chicken was laughable. It was definitely the smallest chicken breast I had ever seen and over cooked that I struggled to cut it. Very disappointed it definitely used to be a great place. Won't be going back and certainly won't recommend it.

Absolutely amazing and friendly staff! Went for a family friends birthday and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals, only downside was mash was a bit cold. Despite that we all very much enjoyed our meals and dessert.

Carvery food is solid as it's been left out for a long time. For the same price your better with Toby carvery as the food is fresh and not sitting under a heater all day. If you need to go here make sure u order a meal freshly cooked and avoid the carvery.

Everyone was so kind when around 20 of us just turned up for coffee. The manager was extremely helpful. I had the tomato and pepper soup which was delicious. Service was excellent. 5 stars all

Absolute farce to get a drink. Had to wait in a long food queue to order when there were two people behind the bar. Instead the person who (eventually) took my drinks order after I'd waited behind seven people was also the person who then went to make the drinks, keeping everyone now in the queue behind me waiting even longer. He then had to go change the barrel - a longer wait again. Just before he returned, one of the bar staff started calling over people who only wanted a drink - having earlier been the one to tell me to join the queue! Those people ended up getting their drinks before me. Extremely inefficient, inconsistent system.
