Awesome takeaway. Does actual cooking! Had a great lamb Bhuna Lamb. Dessert was very tasty as well. Recommended if you are in the area.

We all thought this was one of the most delicious meals we had ever tasted. Thank you!!!

We drove 20 miles to get a take away to take home from the Crannag and didn't regret it for one minute. We had confit duck and a veggie pizza. Both were fabulous. My husband kept saying this was like being in a French restuarant and he was right. If re-opening in Bonar Bridge isnt viable why not open a place in Golspie? Locals would love it and people doing the NC 500 would be delighted!

Lovely takeaway pizzas with one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had! Delicious wine too (thank you!!). Great start to our break away. Will be ordering again next time we are in the area.

The restaurant is only operating on takeaway just now but it's still a fabulous meal that you take away with you The food is delicious but make sure to book your slot as they only do so much . If you fancy eating Al fresco I'd suggest popping over the bridge and eating at the picnic tables by the river

Staying in a holiday house in Dornoch, and the previous people in the house had recommended getting takeaway food from the Crannag Bistro in Bonar Bridge. It was a great recommendation - we ordered food for 3 of us and it tasted fantastic. The prawn and strawberry salad was a highlight. Lovely people too, who obviously care. Thank you!

I ordered take away and when I went to pick it up the lady was very abrupt as I was 5 mins early the food was decent and the man who brought it to car was very pleasant maybe caught her in bad day but speaking to customers in that manner is not on

Enjoyed an excellent meal in a comfortable and relaxed setting in December. The service was second to none and the food delicious. Have also had Takeaways from here during pandemic and also excellent. Would highly recommend.

I am glad the Bistro is still running. Best food I had in Scotland and great tips for travelling with the motorbike in the Highlands. Friendly hosts, food sourced in the area - go there when you can.Bonar Bridge might be the most boring place in Scotland (according to some travel guides) - this bistro makes it worth visiting every time.

I cannot stress enough how amazing their food was and how much I think about flying to Scotland and braving driving a rental just to go here one more time (when there's not a pandemic). It was an absolute pleasure and one of the best meals my friends and I had in Scotland. Tip: Save room for an app, main and dessert or you'll regret it

Another amazing Crannag experience tonight - succulent venison medallions & delicious confit chicken risotto. Can't believe this quality is available as takeaway food!!

Enjoyed another delicious takeaway special. Venison and pears! Very tasty and tender succulent meat. Congratulations on being in the Top 10 restaurants in Inverness and the Highlands! Well deserved.

We had a takeaway and the process, from placing the order until it was handed to us in the car, was very easy. The pizzas were very hot and really tasty. The cheesecake was probably the best we have eating, truly superb. We are going to order again before we go home .
