DO NOT ORDER HERE!happily taken the money but didn’t receive our order at all, phoned 7 times and rang out each time, ended up having to go and ask for the order but when i got there it was closed! absolutely unacceptable and will not be ordering from here again.

Order never turned up! Ordered on the app and phoned multiple times to see what was happening and line just rang out. If you’re going to set up an app to avoid just eat fees at least make sure it works or is actually switched on to allow people to get their orders!

Ordered 3 desserts from this place and after waiting 2hrs for delivery we received an order that was so shocking we had to put it in the bin - also half the order was missing. We complained over the phone straight away and was told we would be refunded but after 3 days we have still received our refund in full. Phoned up again to ask for our refund and was basically just told that we are not getting it as the ingredients cost money!!! Never be back
The desserts are nice but I ordered on just eat and waited over 3 hours. I would go in and sit not order because it is always late and mega, booting the hole out of it late. I could have walked to Glasgow and back in the time it took to get an order from 4 miles away.

Ordered nachos and pancakes, we live a 10 minute walk away. Order was confirmed at 7:50 but didn't hear anything, my order was due to arrive by 8:45, food wasn't marked as on its way, no call, so at 9 I called the place, they were unapologetic and simply told me that it was on its way and they were busy (Sunday). The food arrived at ten past 9. The pancakes were nice enough but cold and the vanilla ice cream was pretty flavourless. The nachos that cost £4.50 were basic tortilla chips with some cheese and were soggy and clearly microwaved. Overall not good, not too expensive but also not worth the cost, the service was pretty poor and wont order again because it was pretty disappointing.

AVOID.....Takes 2hours for delivery and i only live 5min drive away....Cookie dough was raw,crepe was like an undercooked chapati and the ice cream tasted like cooking fat (VILE) Will never ever go near this place again,Waste of money and waiting hours for disgusting desserts,Do not know how this place is still in business! Had to give 1 star to post review but does not deserve 1 star!

Got my money back after the mishap the other night so I must say I am very pleased as the delivery driver actually dropped the money off personally with a voucher of 5 pounds too spend and my sister says Ice Mania Shakes and Desserts is always really good and staff are pleasant, and the guy who dealt with my situation was also very good and professional. I will definitely make a purchase and use my voucher towards it.
