“We enjoyed a really excellent tasting menu that was part of the Arran Food and Drink Festival. We were really very impressed by the level of cooking - and from such a young chef! The atmosphere, music, decor and friendly service were all fine but not up to the same level you'd expect for fine dining to match the standard of the food. However, from what I could tell, the chef seems to have taken over a previous establishment and has no doubt inherited their decor etc. I hope the rest catches up to the level of the cooking to complete the experience. I would go back for sure regardless.”
