Sitting with a coffee and a fruit scone. Both absolutely delicious! Price is very good and both the scones and the coffee are really great quality!

lovely place to stop for a bite to eat and a coffee, staff lovely and they have a small place you can leave your cases if you want to have a last walk about before heading to the ferry, very clean

Coffee was very good, scone just fell apart but did taste quite nice. Staff member was very attentive & pleasant . Could do with a wider choice of snacks, maybe some hot ones.

We stopping at this cafe while at the ferry terminal. I purchased 2 scones and tea. Whilst my husband was eating his he found a long hair which had come out of the scone in his mouth. We reported it to the woman who served us and she said she would give us a refund which she did. It was her lack of concern about the hair in the scone as if this happened quite often. I am sorry to say I will not be visiting this establishment again.

Copperwheats is a really nice place to go for a very reasonably priced snack and a coffee. The proprietors are the friendliest and most considerate I have ever met on Arran and made me feel instantly at home. I will certainly go again.

Have been in here a couple of times. Both times just for lattes while waiting on the ferry back to the mainland and although latte isn’t my favourite type of coffee I was told they did amazing flavoured ones. First time I had a gingerbread latte last year and a hazelnut latte this year. Was so glad the second latte was just as good as the first. Barista was also very friendly and provided good service. Well done Copperwheats!

The restaurant is cozy and lovely… the man in the restaurant gave us a warm welcome which made my daughter feel so happy. Best sandwich and worth a visit. My daughter wanted a next day visit to the restaurant as well for the hot cheese sandwich.

As usual the copperwheat does not disappoint. Great coffee as always. Excellent service by the owner. Conversation and smiles. I had a Danish for breakfast today. Delicious. If I lived on Arran I would be here daily. He makes my coffee exactly as I like it and remembers me from last year.

Been a good couple of times now. It's a great wee place to just sit and relax for a bit. Read the newspaper (or on your laptop/ phone) nice, quiet, peaceful and very friendly without being invasive.

coffee pleasant but a bit weak for my personall taste. hot chocolate a bit watery. for 2.95 should be more creamy and chocolatey.

Friendly little coffee shop just beside the ferry terminal. Very adorable tea and coffee with a decent selection of snacks. It has a very cozy design and various art pieces within show some of Arran. Definitely worth a visit if you need to kill a bit of time before your ferry off the isle.
