Chips cold and batter on haggis and white pudding like chewing gum.Not the best.?

So last time a ordered took 2 hours all in for delivery as they kept giving me the wrong pizza ordered today pizza was only warm chips n cheese was chips were warm only aswell pizzas should be very hot as I'm a pizza chef myself won't be ordering again ?

Disgusted is an understatement..... girl using her hands lifting my food to put it in the box (chippy munching box) tongs where right in front of her.lifting 5 or 6 things in my box.stated I was not happy her reply my hand are clean. A* how do I know this( was my reply). B*how would she feel if I was touching her food just before she eats it. Swore I would not go back after last problem but says know what one more chance and she does this. Seriously bang out of order..... never leave a review but this time deserves one. This time I won't be back.........

Went into shop and ordered a Scottish calzone, then waitied for half an hour while people came and went and no calzone. After asking it turns out they forgot my order (these things happen) so after another 15 mins my calzone arrives although I had to remind them about the chips I ordered too! After finally getting home I find I have been given a bog standard calzone so I called back and was told I ordered a Turkish calzone (surely that’s just a calzone!) it’s absolutely pelting down rain just now and was told to bring it back down and they will change it…. Sorry but no I am not walking out in that weather again, why can’t you deliver one to me and pick up the calzone that I am not now going to eat. Terrible service from start to finish, can’t comment on the food as it’s going in the bin! First world problems but nice to get what you pay for and would have been better to be served in good time
