wife asked for no chillis in food got home chillis in it called them.and they sent out the same dish with chili's in again refused to redo the dish or to refund steer clear if you want your order to be correct and this is about the 4th time recently they have mucked up orders

Never had a problem with this takeaway but tonight our meal was not to their usual standard & never received prawn crackers which I paid for ! Told me when I phoned I would have to wait for an hour to get delivered to me ..Will not be ordering from them again !!

Stopped ordering out of here after the satay sauce tasted like it had been sitting for days, ordered again tonight and asked for everything in 1 container charged me for everything separately so won't be back.

Have ordered from here for years and tonight ordered the same as we always do and no prawn crackers, called them and was told you got a freebie, don’t do complimentary prawn crackers anymore. Are all Chinese like this now.
Restaurant was being difficult in regards to switching sauces. Wanted to exchange desert on set meal for chips and were told they couldn’t so we paid extra for the chips for them to not give us the dessert. Overall service was terrible.

Placed an order on just eat only to discover that they don't deliver to a caravan site. Asked for a reason and was told, there's no reason they just don't deliver to caravan sites.

Got our meal within the time but again for the 3rd time our order has been incorrectly sent. Duck with plum sauce does not usually come without plum but with pineapple. Nice but not the order we asked for.

Special chow mein was amazing!!! It was full of flavour and I often order from them. Every dish I had was a pleasant surprise and I will continue to order from them in the future.
