12.30 pm at lunchtime and having to wait 15 minutes for a sausage roll. Plus only soup available in the hot counter. Very poor.

Inexpensive and very pleasant staff, always ready to offer ab alternative if they don't have what I've been sent to get for the family.
They charge you extra money to sit in, but then again who would want to sit right next to the open door anyway! If you go early in the morning there's nothing available and if you go after 2pm it's the same! Gregg's used to be great value for money but these days it's overpriced substandard junk.
