Used to do all my shopping here but theres regularly no stock and everything's twice the price it was a year ago. The meat fridge door has been broken for months now and i wont buy a pack of warm ham. Its all pretty basic so god knows whats going on behind the scenes.

Rude staff member at pizza counter was serving a customer in front of me, then when it was my turn, he said they weren't taking orders. At 4 pm on a Friday? Ridiculous. No point in having a pizza deal and a counter if it doesn't operate after 4 pm.

I was waiting for grocery collection for half an hour, had enough and went to to ask the staff fwhat is going on. Found a group of people with exactly same problem, allegedly one of those people had already been waiting for two hours. Somebody asked the shop assistant how long it'll be before his shopping is ready, was told 'maybe 40 minutes, 1 hour, I don't know'We all asked what's taking so long, the same assistant rudely responded 'just cancel the order if you've been waiting for too long' and proceeded to close the door in front of a group of 7 understandably unhappy customersWell done Asda, what a way to treat customers, you've managed to ruin the Sunday for a few peopleAnybody considering ordering grocery for collection from there don't bother

This is not a review for in store products or staff. I gave one star as this is the dirtiest Asda I have seen. Not sure what’s wrong with the management team but if you have this size store, your customers would expect 4-5 rubbish bins outside. There is only 1 full rubbish bin on the side. I put a few photos to show no single rubbish bin and rubbish everywhere

This is a big asda, lots of choice and good value for money. The clothes and home section quite often have good reduced items, and you can pick up a bargain. Iceland is cheaper for frozen stuff, but for a one-stop shop, it's good. Close to cinema so you can pick up snacks before you go

Now i know the name of the very rude ignorant woman who works behind the ciggarette counter at this store elaine being her name blondish hair in ponytail .iv complained before about this woman she is highly ignorant terrible attitude and needs dealt with by management asap on many occasions while waiting to be served she either calls next please and when you walk towards her to be served she walks away ignoring you and if she dosent call next youl walk towards counter as she stares at you then she walks away.this is terrible way to mistreat customers its going on far too long now rest of staff are fine but this lady is badly needing trainingand since today 9th augist 23 again it happend but this time ny wife who is didabled in wheelchair was mistreated by her even other asda staff member had to ask her to serve my wife she was growling as she had no choice but serve my wife.i ask manager to haul this staff member.elaine. into office to sort her out its not good enough iv had very kind collette at cigarete counter appologise to me in past because this elaine one called me over to be served then as i approached counter elaine walked away while elaine stared at me collect said sorry .il serve you in a minute.

We have never liked this store and today's visit was just the same, we ended up going to Aldi to get what we were unable to get here, annoying.

Why don’t you have sandwiches available in the grocery area? when doing shopping like to pick up a meal deal but the sandwiches are located at the area past the tills and you then have to wait at the cigarette kiosk to pay …So i don’t and tend to go to Sainsburies if i’m picking up some groceries and lunch ….
