1st visit last week - wrap wasn’t heated properly all the way through. 2nd visit today myself and friend both go the NewYork bagel. We both had really bad upset stomach. Stay clear.

Went in for a coffee with son, ordered. Had to wait on the line, for several minutes to get what I ordered. It was like confusion at the back. At the end I got irritated with the long wait and left my order. So sad.

Was served by Rachel attitude was terrible asked her about a drink and got a very short sharp unhelpful answer while rolling her eyes to me. Also the way she spoke to other customers was horrible.
