Pains me to do this as I have been such a regular customer, but the customer care is horrendous, I ordered a pizza which took well over an hour to arrive, the pizza tracker was manipulated to say it had been delivered well before it arrived, when it eventually turned up, it was cold, not edible.Made contact, no reply, contacted customer services via paypal, very unhelpful.This is not the first issue, have had partial orders arrive in the past, no refund for the missing items.Lost a regular customer over a partial refund, pretty short sighted.
