Bought take away from here - selected because of good reviews! Staff very nice but Must be fake reviews as this was the worst Chinese food I have ever tasted! Large portions but absolutely tasteless!Will definitely not be ordering from here again when we come up to visit.

Got our delivery on Christmas Day and it was excellent it was really hot when it arrived the delivery was on time there was 6 adults and 2kids and not one complaint we were all delighted would do it again Thank you it was

So ordered food from the empire Chinese at hardgate yesterday!!! And this is what I got!!!!! At first I was told it was just the marinade!!!!like no it's raw!!!!! So my order was £28 and they kindly refunded me the £8:80 for the lovely raw chicken

I have eaten from here many times over the years, and have to say I enjoy the food, for the most part.A few tips,- Service can be slow when it is busy,- They really like pumping food full of bell peppers, like, really.- They are cash only (that or the card machine is permanently broken)- Portions are large and reasonably pricedOverall, portions are decent, cost too, quality I'd say is of good quality. I can't make any notable complaints.

Use to be good 10 years ago but it has gon down hill ever since. The front end restaurant is filthy and the last curry I had from there had a strange metallic/ chemical taste to it. Its not the first time we have had bad food from there either so now I avoid it at all costs.
