When my girlfriend and I entered the shop, we were greeted by Suzy, who is very lovely and supportive. Her attentiveness, warmth, and understanding is second to none; it is some of the best customer service I have ever seen in a shop. I absolutely love this shop...I've ordered twice online and the Charlie Bears I've recieved were lovingly packed and they even smelled beautiful...such friendly and lovely staff too...this is my number 1 shop now for charlie bears...100% recommended ?

Been in today for the first time and it won't be my last. Recommended by my hubby so he can't complain I spent lots. Lovely shop, beautiful gifts and a wonderful owner. Please move to Helensburgh x
