“We went today, with my 4yo, for a bit of fun and novelty. And a little nostalgia from my childhood. My daughter loved going in and loved thinking she was on a ship. Then she really enjoyed seeing the fish in the fish tank.
Food was good too, boyfriend and friend had the catch of the day (1 had cod, the other haddock) both said it was very good. I had the steak pie and tried the deep fried baked potato (again, for something different and fun) and it was all really yummy.
My daughter had the pizza. Which she left so long, it got cold. Therefore absolutely not at fault of the staff. But they overheard her complain it was cold and realising it wouldn't be good reheated, the made her a new one for free. They absolutely did not need to do this but they went of their way to keep her happy and gave hera wee cone in the end.
Everyone was so kind and lovely. A really really great experience and recommend for anyone :)
