Staff here are unpleasant extremely rude and cannot communicate. Paid extra for extra cheese and got the tiniest little bit. Talking to you sat the same at the till asking what you ordered while your trying to say your order to the other staff member, no patience.

Ordered lunch from here, there were things missing from the subs and they hadn't been toasted like we requested, we each ate about half a sub then binned it because it just wasn't pleasant to eat, pretty disappointing, subway has definitely gone downhill, not the first subway branch I've had an issue with, had the people I was with not wanted a subway I wouldn't have had one, will probably be avoiding from now on.

Called in here yesterday, four members of staff behind counter. Three of them were making up a delivery order, told customer in front of me two minutes before she would be served on two occasions, after standing there for around ten minutes the delivery driver came in and he was told the order would be at least five minutes more at that point I left. Not acceptable leaving in store customers waiting this length of time to order!!! If you are going to accept large delivery orders you should be able to deal with customers who call in as well.
