They are only doing take away yet when they advertise the show a buffet.

Been to this place a few times and definitely will never be back from today. Several times now the waiting time for delivery was over an hour and a half. This time after an 1.5 hour we phoned only to be told that it’s not ready yet and they’re waiting for drivers.Without giving me any solution I made one myself.. I said I would come pick it up so I did. Got home and the food is disgusting, dry, definitely been cooked and reheated.For £30 the food is rubbish and so is the service. Whoever is running this needs to wise up ( not the any of the other staffs fault ) definitely won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here.

Parking: Food is lovely, ill probably get a takeaway/delivery once a week. Parking can sometimes be difficult even though its right on a large free car park

Phoned for a takeaway meal for myself and my granddaughter who was due to visit. I had asked my granddaughter to collect it for me and I would make the phone call while she was on her way. However when I tried to give my card details to the girl taking the call she asked me to pay by cash when I collected. I explained that someone was on their way to collect and I didn’t know if they had cash on them but she still was reluctant to take my card details. So I agreed to phone my granddaughter to check. Granddaughter did not have enough cash to pay so I had to transfer money to her account so that she go to a cash machine before picking up the meals. I then phoned the restaurant back to confirm this and asked why they were not accepting card payment any more. She replied that cash was easier for them when people were popping in to collect. Well it certainly was not easier for me. The food was lovely though.
Made an order online for delivery, got a phone call to say they didn’t have certain items and tried to change them to other items! Was told no refund is possible! Was refused when I wanted to speak a manager! Was then told more items weren’t available and asked to change to different sauce! Cancelled full order over the phone straight away! This place used to good but now it’s awful, especially the service over the phone! Will not be back!

I have used the restaurant and take away for over 22yrs I had a take away delivered around 11.30pm....which is closing time satay on skewers was amazing as always.....however, chicken curry was uneadable it was like rubber the fried rice was sticky and all mushed together and the chips where hard and crispy and uneadable as well.....when I phoned tonight to complain was advised that because I did not phone last night they could not be any assistance to me....I told them I still had they could come and collect it refused stating they were in the shop till midnight I should have called then.....clearly online it states it closes at 11.30pm.....I don't think they would have answered phone after 11.30pm as they are closed to the public....I will not be using them again they have lost good customers...kind regards Karen

Ordered a chicken curry and chips. Chicken had the consistency of chunks of hard rubber and the chips were over cooked or burned. Service was fine but the quality of the food was embarrassing.
